Speed & Agility (Mondays & Wednesdays) 3RD-12TH GRADE OPTIONS
This class will focused on basketball specific conditioning, speed, quickness drills, changing directions, plyometrics, and lateral movement.
Players will be doing most exercises in the sand and running the hill. Sand is a great training tool for improving speed and agility. It provides resistance that challenges your muscles, helping to make you faster and more explosive. The constant shifting under your feet engages small stabilizer muscles that improve balance and reduce the risk of injury.
